Presenting ZEN events

ZEN events are the new kids in the town of event coordination, specializing in wedding planning.

The name ZEN events was inspired by the Japanese concept of ZEN -- peace and tranquility. As we believe that an event is successful when all elements of the event come together harmoniously beginning with (1) conceptualization -- all ideas must pull together to create the target look and feel of the event, (2) planning -- as we work with the ideas we have come up with together, we will come up with a budget plan, time table and other tools that will allow us to work well without worrying about running out of time or going beyond budget, (3) preparations -- when we have finalized all the details of your event, we now have a guide to make sure that nothing is left out, that even the most minute details are taken care of and carefully considered, so that on the day of the event; (4) execution -- will come smooth and flawless, where all your ideas and loving care for each painstaking detail does not only make for the most perfect event, it is also appreciated by each and every one of your guests.
